General Notes

All items listed are quoted, and any variation from the above spec will result in a change order. In which a signed change-order and payment for that change is required prior to commencing work on that order. All sales are FINAL and the sale is NON REFUNDABLE through the builder or through Taylor Court Development – even if P&S contract falls through and sale does not occur.
